About //
Hi, I’m Mike
I’m an Industrial Designer who loves bridging the gap between bold, blue-sky imagination and rigorous mechanical execution.
My process always starts at the drawing board. I rely on rapid sketching and visualization to get ideas out quickly, exploring expansive, aggressive concepts before narrowing things down. As a project moves into development, I shift focus toward how a product actually feels in the hand. I combine a deep understanding of human factors with advanced digital execution, specializing in Class-A sub-D surfacing and high-fidelity CAD modeling.
For me, design doesn't just live on a screen—I'm happiest when I'm building for the physical world. With a hands-on approach to ergonomic refinement and functional prototyping, I regularly program CNC machinery and utilize advanced 3D printing across FDM, SLA, and polyjet platforms to test and perfect my work. To wrap it all up, I take pride in delivering meticulous CMF specification and documentation, making sure the initial design intent translates perfectly from my desk to the factory floor.
